Emily Krainski

Emily is a Personal Injury Associate Attorney at Stone Rose Law who is dedicated to helping injured clients navigate the legal process and pursue the compensation they deserve.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Classical History and minor in Spanish Literature from Arizona State University, Emily graduated summa cum laude and received the prestigious Moeur Award for maintaining a GPA above 4.0 throughout undergraduate studies. Emily then attended the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, becoming the first person in her family to earn a Juris Doctor degree.

During law school, she participated in both the Civil Litigation Clinic and the Indian Legal Clinic for Estate Planning, providing pro bono legal services to underserved communities. Admitted to practice law in the State of Arizona, Emily focuses on personal injury, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death cases. She believes every client deserves to understand the legal process and be informed throughout every stage of their case. Recognizing that an injury can affect every aspect of a person’s life, she is committed to helping clients recover physically, emotionally, and financially after an accident.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors, including hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and wake surfing.
