Kristi Darnell is the Head of Employment Law at Stone Rose Law with a strong focus on client service, team leadership, and advocacy.
A California native, Kristi earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from California State University, Long Beach. After graduation, she spent several years as an elementary school teacher, where she developed her ability to communicate clearly, manage diverse responsibilities, and connect with individuals from all backgrounds. These skills naturally translated into a successful career in the legal field.
Since 2019, she has worked as a paralegal and office administrator in employment law, supporting attorneys on cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, wage disputes, and more. In addition to handling complex casework and client communications, she plays a key role in ensuring consistent quality across the firm’s caseload. Her approach to legal work is grounded in empathy, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to helping clients feel heard, supported, and informed.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and grandchildren. She loves cooking Sunday dinners for the family and spending time outdoors.
