Nick developed his commitment to helping those in difficult situations early in his legal career. While earning his J.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law, he interned with the Cook County Public Defender’s Office in the Homicide Division, where he assisted senior attorneys with complex trial strategy and legal research. He also served as a student attorney in the school’s pro bono litigation clinic, working on criminal record expungements for underserved clients.
This experience working with individuals facing life-altering legal challenges helped Nick in his transition to working in the bankruptcy practice at Stone Rose Law, where he continues to advocate for those seeking relief and a new beginning. His background in client advocacy and his genuine desire to help others make him a trusted guide for clients navigating the bankruptcy process.
When he’s not practicing law, Nick enjoys playing chess, spending time with friends and family, and playing in a local men’s soccer league.
