Nick Riback is an associate attorney at Stone Rose Law, where he represents employees in workplace disputes throughout Arizona. With a background in advocacy and litigation, Nick brings a client-centered, results-driven approach to protecting workers’ rights.
Nick focuses his practice on employment law matters, including workplace discrimination based on race, gender, age, disability, and other protected characteristics, wrongful termination and retaliation claims, sexual harassment and hostile work environment cases, wage and hour violations, and employment contract disputes.
Nick developed his passion for advocacy early in his legal career. While earning his J.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law, he interned with the Cook County Public Defender’s Office in the Homicide Division, where he assisted senior attorneys with complex trial strategy and legal research. He also served as a student attorney in the school’s pro bono litigation clinic, working on criminal record expungements for underserved clients. An experience that deepened his commitment to helping individuals navigate challenging legal situations.
This foundation in litigation and client advocacy led Nick naturally into employment law, where he continues to fight for those facing injustice in the workplace. He understands that employment disputes can be deeply personal and financially devastating, and he works to guide clients through these difficult situations with clarity, compassion, and strategic counsel.
Nick is passionate about empowering employees who have been mistreated at work. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation and goals, developing tailored strategies to protect their rights and pursue the best possible outcomes. Whether negotiating settlements or preparing for litigation, Nick advocates zealously on behalf of his clients while keeping them informed and involved throughout the legal process.
When he’s not practicing law, Nick enjoys playing chess, spending time with friends and family, and playing in a local men’s soccer league.
